Entrepreneurs need a very unique set of qualities. In contrast to leaders in the corporate world, who rise up the ranks and learn leadership as they go up the ladder, entrepreneurs have to start leading from the get go. They have to learn to be a leader, whether they want to or not, and they have to do it, often, overnight. This is where we come in.

At Ken Mentors we wish to be enablers of employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for young talent, globally, through collaboration with stakeholders. At all three levels, Employment, Employability and Entrepreneurship, we have custom made packages for the benefit of both the company and the individual. We provide personalised leadership training so that young women and men who are thinking of starting off on their own gain the insights into team building and managing, hiring the right people, build their mission and vision, delegating, and communicating with the external world.
